OnStar Site Redesign

Led the redesign for GM’s telematics service platform; OnStar. Charged with rethinking the site’s look and feel, as well as improving usability and the ultimate KPI of driving visitors to the core GM brand sites to shop for a vehicle.

I also designed a microsite with the purpose of explaining OnStar's extensive suite of services in an easy-to-digest, fun-to-navigate online experience.
